Taylor Swift announced during her final Eras Tour show in Los Angeles that "1989 (Taylor's Version)" is set to release soon.

Swift expressed her desire to own her music since her teenage years and revealed her plan to re-record her albums.

The audience's enthusiastic response to the announcement was met with cheers and excitement.

Taylor Swift confirmed the news on her social media accounts shortly after the concert.

"1989 (Taylor's Version)" is scheduled to be released on October 27 and is available for pre-order.

Swift's mission to re-record her first six albums began in 2019 to regain ownership of her music rights.

She has already re-recorded and released "Fearless," "Red," and "Speak Now" under the "Taylor's Version" title.

The remaining albums in her re-recording project are her debut album "Taylor Swift" and "Reputation," each featuring re-recorded songs and "from the vault" tracks.
